Glimpse and Round-Up

Make Money Monday: Rental Property Conversion Series: Next week, I continue the series with pt. 2 to Setting the Appropriate Rent.  In pt. 1 this week, I encouraged you to consider your mortgage obligation before setting the appropriate rent.  In pt. 2, I urge you make two additional considerations: (1) your expenses as owner and landlord of your property; and (2) comparable rents in your area.

In addition, stay tuned for the other topics of discussion for next week.  In the meantime, please let me know if you would like to have a forum on topics of interest to you in technology, relationships or self-development.  Please share your ideas in the comments section or, send me an email at

  1. Thanks so much for the pingback! And I loved that story about Kauai. I think if I lived in an island paradise, I too, wouldn’t mind working outside to fix the roads. 🙂

No problem Heather. I needed to spread the word about Netflix ;0) Yeah and I would definitely be out there fixing the roads if my business depended on it. This story just took me to a place where all Americans should be, in a state of willingness to help ourselves without so much reliance on the government.
